Capabilities

Highpoint utilizes Mori Seiki and Kitamura horizontal and vertical CNC milling centers capable of handling parts up to 24” cube. Our mills are equipped to provide the capabilities and efficiencies needed to exceed your expectations. We have 4th axis rotary tables, 100 station tool changers, up to 20K RPM, and high pressure coolant systems.

Highpoint has Mazak Integrex’s with 8” chucks and sub-spindles which provide “done-in-one” capabilities. The capability and versatility of these machines allows them to run difficult parts and/or run lights out for maximum productivity.

Highpoint has several Mori Seiki and DMG Mori live tooling lathes with 10” and 15” chucks, all with high pressure coolant systems. These lathes help eliminate secondary milling operations on turned parts for bolt patterns, side holes, flats, etc. We can also get creative by milling parts on these lathes when needed!

Highpoint has an array of Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, and Doosan 2-axis lathes with 8” and 10” chucks willing to tackle your toughest challenges.

The Precision Grinding department specializes in high precision cylindrical grinding, providing quick turnaround on thousands of assorted valve stem pins for the hot runner injection molding industry. Our CNC cylindrical grinding and super polishing capability supplies numerous styles of pins for the Oil & Gas industry.

Many customers require post machining processes such as destructive and non-destructive testing, plating, coating, or painting. Highpoint Tool & Machine develops and actively manages partnerships with all our Outside Service Providers, providing complete component manufacture responsibility including all post-machining requirements, providing more capabilities and confidence to our customers as a value added supplier.
